You want to throw the best Facebook Parties ever, right? Sure! Who doesn’t? Custom albums are a great way to brighten up any party formula, keep things fresh and have your guests eager to see what’s coming next.

Custom Albums are the perfect way to showcase products to your guests in a fun and focused setting and here’s why you should use them:

1. They Look Fantastic!
Everyone will love scrolling through the big, beautiful images right inside your party. You can create post descriptions with a link to order or play games. It’s up to you if you want to have a theme or specific grouping in your album. If you sell jewelry, for example, you can have an album for earrings, another for necklaces, and yet another for matching sets. If you sell children’s books you can have albums according to genres. For nail wraps, you can create albums by color or print styles. You get the idea!

2. Facebook Loves Them.
It’s true. Whether you are manually posting or scheduling, Facebook loves that you are posting one single post instead of pumping out a dozen or more posts within minutes. When you post custom albums, your chances of getting blocked will decrease immensely and that’s always a good thing.

3. You’ll Increase Visibility on Your Business Page.
It’s a struggle to get engagement on your business page these days but with custom albums your guests will comment on the posts during each party and those comments will remain in the album unless you delete them. It’s great because Facebook will notice that you’re receiving more organic activity and increase your reach in the newsfeed.

How To Create a Custom Album:

Go to your business page and click on Photos then Add Photos – you can upload as many as you’d like and give them captions which will appear as post messages in the album. That’s it! Piece of cake! Just make sure that your album is public so that when you share it to your party everyone can see the images. Don’t forget that you can add to your album in CinchShare by scheduling an image to the album when you have something new to share!

    1. Hi Lauren, you can schedule a custom album to an event! Or create a grid with our Design with Canva button. Those are two ways to showcase multiple images in one post as Facebook’s API only allows one image per scheduled post.

  1. I have a lot of graphics that I saved to a flashdrive. I would like to store these online – where I can get to them for Cinchshare, other facebook posts, Canva, etc. , but I do not want to post them to albums on my business page – as these would be pictures/graphics that I would eventually post to my business page about booking a party or joining my team. Someone suggested creating a generic personal or business FB page – where I do not reach out to anyone or “friend” anyone – it’s just there to hold my albums/pictures. Someone also suggested storing them in a secret Pinterest page. I currently have them sorted by folders/albums on my flashdrive and would like to keep them that way to make them easier to find. I tried using an online cloud storage, but when I tried to text one of the graphics (thank you for booking a party), it texted the link – not the graphic. 🙁 What would be your suggestion? Thanks.

      1. I know how to upload the pictures that I schedule for a post. How do I find/reuse that picture for another post? How do I store the pictures in/on Cinchshare? Thanks.

        1. When you are wanting to reuse an image/post that has been delivered in CinchShare, you can go to your Manage Posts page and reschedule it by clicking on the recycle icon in the upper right corner of the post. If you’d like to store pictures you can use our Photo Url feature or Upload an image and then instead of clicking on Schedule Post you would click on the arrow right beside it and click on Save. Then it will be stored in your Save folder on your Manage Posts page.

  2. This is AWESOME. I tested out using it today and did a great big happy dance!!

One question: If I update an album on my business page and then at a later date, go into my history and re-post a post linking to that album, I’m assuming it will automatically update the images when it posts to the new images in the album at the time of posting?
